Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) is the recipient of South Carolina State Library's Multilingual Collection Development Grant for $2,000 to help expand resources and programs for multilingual patrons throughout Berkeley County.
This $2,000 grant is part of the American Rescue Plan Act and funded through the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and administered by the South Carolina State Library (SCSL).
