Mount Pleasant Towne Centre’s signature spring event held in partnership with the Town of Mount Pleasant, ArtFest, returns on Saturday, March 22. This free annual festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Oaks and along Theater Drive in Towne Centre. ArtFest brings the community together with artists of all levels to showcase a diverse array of local and regional talent through performances from local music, dance and visual arts studios.
Attendees can enjoy live performances from talented local music, dance and visual arts groups and stroll the Art Walk, which will feature artists such as Clay and Sea, Joe Benton Photography, Momma Maddies Sweetgrass Jewelry & Collectibles, Bright Star Designs, Potting Around, Art by Valarie Greene, Sterling Art Studio, Tweak of Nature, Jason Travis Woodwork, Olatu Designs and Rooted in Charleston. Plus, children can participate in numerous free creative activities and create their own masterpieces.
Food and snacks will be available for purchase from Nick’s German Food Truck, Rikiquito, Gaucho Grill, Crazy Chris’s Concessions, Holy City Homemade Italian Ice, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Holy City Popcorn, Kona Ice and Pure Fluff Co. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase from Burtons Grill & Bar.
