Allegory Art Consulting and its founder, Cara Alford, announced the launch of Allegory Art Collective, a hybrid showroom and exhibition space opening April 10, 2026.
The new venture marks the evolution of AAC’s consulting practice and expands its mission to support artists and collectors through curated, accessible experiences.
Part office and part exhibition space, Allegory Art Collective, founded by veteran arts administrator Alford, will function as a dynamic showroom where thoughtfully curated bodies of work are presented in a cohesive, immersive setting. The long-term vision for the collective includes showcasing not only painters and sculptors, but also furniture makers, textile artists and other creators whose handmade works bring artistry into the home. The collective is designed as a strategic asset for both artists and collectors.
For artists, the space offers an opportunity to conceptualize and present fully realized bodies of work that culminate in professionally staged exhibitions. Each show will include an in-person presentation, professional photography and online product listings through the newly launched Allegory website, extending the life and reach of the exhibition beyond its physical run.
For collectors and designers, Allegory Art Collective aims to provide an approachable platform for beginning or expanding an art collection. The online component will feature both original works and high-quality giclée editions, making collecting accessible across a range of price points while maintaining curatorial integrity.

- On View: April 10 – May 31, 2026, by appointment.
The inaugural exhibition will feature work from artists who have worked with Allegory Art Consulting since its founding. This opening show celebrates the relationships, growth, and shared vision that have shaped Allegory’s first chapter.

All exhibited works will be featured both in person and online. The digital exhibition will remain live for two months following the close of the physical show.

Space preparation is currently underway, and anticipation is building for this debut exhibition.
