The 3rd Annual Classical Pride concert will take place Sunday, May 31, at 4 p.m. at the Unitarian Church in Charleston.
The event will be held at the church, located at 4 Archdale St., and will feature George Gershwin’s “Piano Concerto in F” as the evening’s centerpiece.
Additional performances will include selections by The Classical Pride Chamber Orchestra, The Unitarian Church of Charleston’s Chancel Choir, The Palmetto Choral Collective and Vox Insolita.
Organizers describe the family-friendly concert as a kickoff celebration for Pride Month that highlights diversity through music and community.
“All are invited to come celebrate the beauty of diversity,” organizers said in a statement. “Art brings us all together and music heals the soul.”
Tickets are $30 plus fees, while student tickets are $20 plus fees.
