Coterie to Partner with Chef Nikko Cagalanan on Next Sunday Sundowner Takeover Event

Coterie has announced the next installment in its Sunday Sundowner takeover series. This pop-up, “Goodnight, Day,” will take place during the Spoleto Festival. Guests can attend the pop-up on Sunday, June 4th from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Chef Nikko Cagalanan will take over the kitchen to create a menu of Filipino fare. During the event, there will also be two acclaimed mixologists taking over Coterie’s bar – Michael Timmons and Sarah Masbad. Innovative cocktail specialists from NYC, the pair has curated a libation menu inspired by Filipino and Indian flavors. In the spirit of this event being held during Spoleto, Timmons will also bring his artwork to display and sell.

Coterie is located at 17 Warren Street.
