New Charleston Restaurants (2023)

It seems Charleston’s food and beverage offerings are never ending. When one restaurant closes, if feels like two others open. It’s nearly impossible to keep up with all the openings. To help you keep things straight, Holy City Sinner has compiled a list of every Charleston area restaurant that has opened in 2023.

  • Opened on March 7th
  • 1977 Maybank Hwy. (inside The Pour House’s container walk-up kitchen)
  • Guests can expect some of the same food and drinks they may have enjoyed at Malika’s location in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre
  • Malika at The Pour House will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. You can visit malikacanteen.com for their full menu.

  • The new concept will be specializing in “100% in-house, freshly ground burgers, hand-cut French fries, and hand-breaded chicken tenders.”
