On Sunday, March 26th, the Encore Music Hall in Mount Pleasant will host a screening of the award-winning documentary, The Disruptors. The event begins at 3 pm and is free to attend.
It’s time to forget what you think you know about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as The Disruptors provides an inside look into the real lives of those living with the condition. This is an opportunity for community members to gain a better understanding of ADHD.
The Disruptors follows five families living with ADHD and hears from top experts in the nation about their experiences. It also spotlights the struggles of a group of high profile personalities. With over seven million US children and over 23 million adults diagnosed with ADHD, it is essential to create awareness and understanding around this condition.
After the screening, Dr. Kristin Bennett PHD Founder of ILLUMII Pathfinding Group will lead a Q&A along with Jennifer Blanton, Founder of Fame Performing Arts and Clay Hadden, Founder of Ready. Set. Talk.
