“Battle on the Bricks” Charity Boxing Match Scheduled for April 6th at TD Arena

The Battle on the Bricks, a charity boxing match that raises money for the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital and College of Charleston student athlete scholarships, will take place at TD Arena on April 6th.

This event will feature 28 Lowcountry locals competing in the ring for an evening of action-packed entertainment. The boxers are true amateurs, who have been training since December for the competition. Among those competing are members of the Charleston Fire Department, Chaarleston Police Department, Veterans, MUSC staff, and local hospitality veterans.

The ‘Battle on the Bricks’ is run by the Charleston Boxing Foundation, a 501c3 charity founded to support organizations in the tri-county area.
