Pink Cactus Celebrating 4 Year Anniversary on March 8th

Pink Cactus, Spring Street’s Oaxacan-inspired Mexican restaurant, is celebrating another lap around the sun with their four-year anniversary on Wednesday, March 8th, which also happens to be International Women’s Day. Chef/Owner Brooke Warden is honoring the occasion with $4 Queso Dip all day long, from 11 am to 9:30 pm.

Topped with a sprinkle of Tajin and served with a generous side of crunchy tortilla chips, this signature dish is best enjoyed on Pink Cactus’ sunny patio with a Pink Cactus Margarita in hand.
