Blu Oyster Sushi + Seafood to Host Next Omakase Dinner on 2/22

The next installment of Blu Oyster Sushi + Seafood’s Omakase Dinner series will take place on Wednesday, February 22nd. What is Omakase? It’s a traditional Japanese dinner that means “I’ll leave it up to you.”

Blu Oyster will be providing a 6-course dinner – talked and walked through at their Sushi Bar – along with an optional Sake Pairing add-on. The first 5 courses will include unique sushi dishes from Executive Sushi Chef Hunter and a themed dessert by Pastry Chef Tori.
