Tickets are available for purchase at www.blackfoodtruckfestival.com
The Black Food Truck Festival’s spring event drew 15,000 people and generated more than $1 million for Black-owned businesses in the Charleston region (view the full economic impact report here).
Festival founder Marcus Hammond said the semi-annual Black Food Truck Festival has a greater mission of making an economic and social impact on the community by showcasing and investing in Black-owned businesses.
“We are hosting this event to celebrate the sounds of black culture and as always, to create an economic impact in our community, bringing the community together,” he said. “People should want to come to this event to celebrate, dance and support local, regional and independent talent.”
