Nomadic Supper Club Coming to Munkle Brewing on December 12th
This traveling supper club will feature seven courses paired with Munkle beer. Guests can expect seasonal vegetables, grilled meats from Keegan Filion Farm and Vital Missions, and locally-harvested seafood from Abundant Seafood and Tarvin Seafood. Here’s a look at the expected menu:
- Welcome – Tarvin Shrimp Smorrebrod, Egg, Dill, Caviar
- First – Warm Chicory Salad, Keegan-Filion Pork Belly
- Second – Crispy Trout
- Third – Peculiar Farms Hamhock Terrine, Parsley
- Fourth – Spinach Knodel, Trappist Cheese Sauce
- Fifth – Vital Mission Duck & Caggabe Rolls, Orange, Rice
- Dessert – Julia’s Tarte Au Fromage, Charred Citrus
