SAVI Cucina + Wine Bar announced their fall Bourbon Dinner will take place at Tuesday, October 25th at 6:30 pm. The restaurant's Somm Team and co-founder Ty Raju will welcome special guests Michael Potter from Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits and bourbon enthusiast Greg Boston for a night of education and entertainment featuring selections from the award-winning High West Distillery.
The featured bourbons, including High West's popular High Country and Double Rye, plus limited selections Rendezvous, Campfire, A Midwinter Night's Dram and more, will each be paired with a course prepared by SAVI Culinary Director Michael Semancik, Executive Chef Jordan Aldrich and Executive Pastry Chef Jason Sturdevant. Guests can look forward to dishes like Crispy Berkshire Pork Belly, Blackberry Lacquered Duck Breast, and Espresso and Chili Rubbed Wagyu Brisket.
For an extra treat, founder of Perro Grande Cigars, Ed Lugo will be onsite, hand-rolling his popular cigars.
