Due to inclement weather, the following Charleston County Public Library branches are closing early on Monday, August 29th:
- Dart Library will close at 5 pm
- Cooper River Memorial Library (Temporary Location) will close at 4 pm
- West Ashley Library will close at 4 pm
- Edisto Island Library will close at 3 pm
