Bar Vauté on Broad Street has launched a new food menu and happy hour. The details on each can be seen below.
The food menu
- Offerings include caviar service, oysters, shrimp cocktail, crudo, escargot, French onion grilled cheese, brûléed brie, cheeses, and quiche

Happy hour “Sous la terre”
- Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 pm, Bar Vauté offers half-priced oysters, $6 glasses of wine (red, white, or rosé), and $8 cocktails (Martini, Manhattan, and Old Fashioned)
Bar Vauté is open daily from 4 pm to midnight. It’s located below Brasserie La Banque at 1 Broad Street.
