The Beach Company today announces two new promotions at the company's corporate headquarters in downtown Charleston.
Patrick Seignious (above right) was recently promoted to lease administrator at The Beach Company's downtown headquarters at The Jasper. Patrick joined The Beach Company in 2022 as a property management assistant. Prior to joining The Beach Company, he served in multiple roles at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in the guest services department. Originally from Charleston, S.C., Seignious earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from Wofford College.
Kevin Foote (below right) was recently promoted to commercial asset manager. In this role, Kevin will be responsible for the asset management activities of The Beach Company's retail and office properties in Charleston and Savannah. Kevin joined The Beach Company in 2018 as Assistant Property Manager at CanalSide Lofts in Columbia, and in 2019 he joined the commercial property management team in Charleston as commercial lease administrator, adding the role of asset management analyst in 2021. Originally from Texas, Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from The University of South Carolina in 2008.
