On Thursday, March 17th, Erica Hanks welcomed New York designer Matthew Bruch to her women’s clothing store, Showroom, on Kiawah Island. The pair were celebrating the launch of the Matthew Bruch Spring/Summer 2022 Collection.

Recognizing the desire in the market for intelligent, sophisticated resort wear, Matthew Bruch launched his namesake brand for Spring/Summer 2020. The collection consists of easy-to-wear vacation staples that can easily translate to be worn in the city. The Spring/Summer 2022 collection focuses on making classic utilitarianism sexy, including safari inspired separates, fluttery day dresses, and sleek swimwear. Made from Italian and French fabrications, the collection is designed and produced in New York. Fans of the brand include Chrissy Teigen, Olivia Cooke, Sophia Amoruso, Lauren Santo Domingo, and Olivia Culpo.
Showroom Kiawah, the first brick and mortar outpost of Showroom, opened in June 2021. Located at Freshfields Village, it is the first multi-brand boutique offering women's apparel, accessories, and home gifts at a luxury contemporary price point. Showroom Kiawah offers personal styling services and complimentary same-day delivery on the island.
Erica Hanks brings her background in wardrobe styling athletes, celebrities, and executive professionals straight to the modern working woman. She has been featured in the New York Times, The Daily Front Row, and Women’s Wear Daily for her styling work, and has collaborated with top international brands.
Showroom Kiawah can be found at 249 Gardeners Circle, P-101, on Kiawah Island. Its hours of operation are Monday – Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday: 12 pm – 6 pm.
