Old Village tavern and inn, Post House (101 Pitt St.), will add weekday lunch service beginning on Tuesday, March 22nd. The new weekday menu, which will be available available Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 3 pm, and includes items like salads, snacks, and sandwiches along with spirited and N/A drinks.
This is the first menu created by Post House’s new executive chef, Nick Wilber, who joined the Basic Projects team earlier this year. Chef Wilber’s lunch menu includes new dishes like Charred Spring Onion Dip with John’s Island Asparagus, Sunburst Trout ala Plancha with New Potatoes, Spring Veggie and Quinoa Bowl alongside Post House classics like the Back Bar Burger and Tuna Belly Melt. To compliment the new lunch menu, Post House will serve wines, beers, and fresh cocktails. You can see the lunch menu here.
Post House is open for dinner service nightly beginning at 5 pm and weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. Post House will be accepting reservations through Resy and also welcomes walk-ins. For hotel reservations, visit theposthouseinn.com.
