On Sunday, February 20th, Frothy Beard Brewing Company will celebrate the release of a new beer and host an evening of trivia.
The West Ashley brewery has teamed up with the folks at Rough House Pictures to bring you a brand new beer, the Rough Haus IPA. Rough House is the production company behind the HBO shows Eastbound and Down, Vice Principals, and The Righteous Gemstones. It is also responsible for the movies Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills, and the upcoming Halloween Ends. Vice Principals, The Righteous Gemstones, and Halloween were all filmed in the Charleston area, where Rough House is now located.
On February 20th, Frothy Beard will have the new beer available on tap and in 4-packs, plus some limited edition glassware. Rough House will be on-site showing off some of their merchandise.
Rough House trivia starts at 7 pm and includes prizes signed by actor, producer, and writer Danny McBride, who stars in each of the aforementioned HBO TV shows. He is also heads up the production company.
After trivia, the brewery will screen the new episode of The Righteous Gemstones at 10 pm.
