After a successful summer opening, The Longboard on Sullivan’s Island today announced it has expanded its offerings with a broader food menu and extended hours beginning this week.
Chef Will Fincher’s updated dinner menu is now available daily from 3 pm to 10 pm and includes new highlights like:
- Roasted Cauliflower with jerk seasoning, raisin, capers, yogurt
- Grilled Avocado with little gem lettuce, salsa de Atún, Castelvetrano olives, breadcrumb
- Hamachi Crudo with chili oil, soy, fried shallot, scallion
- Octopus with fingerling potatoes, cilantro crema, shallots, tobiko
“It’s been a rewarding experience so far,” said owner Clint Gaskins. “After an extra-long construction process, the team and I have really enjoyed seeing the space packed with happy people and we’re excited to introduce this expanded menu as we head into the holiday season.”
The Longboard Sullivan’s Island opens daily at 3 pm, with a happy hour and oyster menu served from 3 pm to 5 pm, dinner service from 3 pm to 10 pm, and bar service until 11 pm.
