Sip Rare Vintage Spirits at Park & Grove
Relying on trustworthy reps from New York to South Carolina, Kohanski says he rotates through a selection of eight different spirits available to diners and is currently offering the likes of a ‘74 vintage of Old Forester, Cynar (an Italian bitter apéritif), and Buton (a gin no longer in production). All are available by the pour for anywhere from $44 to $110.
Before joining the Park & Grove team, Kohanski ran his own consulting and cocktail company in Los Angeles, WLDE, working for tech tycoons, movie studios, and artists/creatives. He also previously ran the cocktail program at Michelin-star Chef Josh Skenes’ first LA restaurant Angler.
Park & Grove, which was formerly The Park Cafe, is located at 730 Rutledge Ave.
