The anticipated return of the Holy City Vintage Market (HCVM) has been moved to Sunday, June 27th. Originally set for June 6th, the market has seen two rain delays. However, the venue and times are the same (The Royal American, 11 am to 4 pm).
A few highlights include:
- Thousands of affordable vintage goods (clothing, accessories, home decor, and more) from 20 vintage vendors
- Artisans goods, including handmade jewelry, woodcrafts, and more
- Yerning Whir, formerly known as DUMB Doctors will perform vintage rock covers on the porch
- Beautiful bongs by My Bud Vase
- Tarot card readings, henna body art, and face painting
- All the way from Nashville, Ranger Stitch will bring its chainstitch magic to Charleston Marketgoers are encouraged to bring anything (or buy something from the market) to be chainstitched and personalized
- Celebrating Pride Month with the event is Closet Case Thrift, the N. Charleston thrift store benefiting LGBTQ nonprofit, We Are Family
- The Lowcountry Action Committee (LAC) will join us to spread the word on their work in the community. LAC is a Black-led grassroots organization dedicated to Black liberation through service, political education, and collective action in the Lowcountry. Stop by to find out how you can get involved
