Students will submit pieces of art based on the following categories: community, things that spark happiness, nature, and career aspirations. Students submitting work will then have it evaluated by Adams Outdoor Advertising creative staff and local artist Gail Robinson.
Four students will have their artwork featured on local billboards in the Charleston area. The four winners will also have the chance to meet with AOA’s Corporate Creative Director, Chad Hutchison and AOA’s Art Director, Eric Ervine to discuss opportunities for having careers in art.
“We’re very excited to see, evaluate and display what the students create,” said Hutchison. “I hope the students are as excited as we are!”
Look for artwork from North Charleston High students on billboards beginning in mid-May.
