On Tuesday, April 6th, Charleston County and Fetter Health Care Network will offer the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine from 9 am to 2 pm at Jane Edwards Elementary School located at 1960 Jane Edwards Road, Edisto Island, SC 29438. All individuals over the age of 16 are eligible to receive the vaccine.
To fill out paperwork, please bring:
- Personal Photo Identification
- Insurance Card, if applicable, social security number if no insurance
Charleston County Government and Fetter Health Care Network have vaccinated 3,065 individuals through our COVID-19 Rural Vaccination Program.
