The Beach Company announced today the relocation of its corporate headquarters to The Jasper, a new luxury 12-story mixed-use building located at 320 Broad Street in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood. The Beach Co. will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of The Jasper’s office complex. The company’s headquarters was previously located at 211 King Street.
“As we celebrate this next chapter at our new headquarters at The Jasper, The Beach Company is proud to continue our 75-year history of establishing landmark properties and communities that improve the quality of life for our neighbors and contribute to the long-term economic vitality of the region,” said John Darby, president and CEO of The Beach Company. “The Jasper offers a unique opportunity to live and work in downtown Charleston with access to state-of-the-art amenities near the city’s top restaurants, attractions and offerings.”
Positioned on more than four acres at the western gateway to Charleston’s historic district, The Jasper is set to become the city’s new business hub with premium commercial space and unparalleled amenities, including onsite dining, shopping and ample garage parking.
In addition to premium office space and dining and retail options, the landmark building includes 219 luxury residences for lease with panoramic views of the Ashley and the Cooper rivers, Atlantic Ocean and Charleston Harbor.
The Jasper is designed by Antunovich Associates of Chicago in partnership with LS3P and DesignWorks of Charleston. The project’s general contractor is Balfour Beatty.
