Nexton was recognized as one of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. Nexton is ranked #37 on the Top 50 list based on year-to-date home sales. Earlier in 2020, Nexton surpassed the 1,000-home milestone which was accomplished in just under five years.
