The Charleston Grill invites locals and visitors to attend a special dinner crafted in partnership with Robert Sinskey Vineyards on Thursday, March 26th. Guests can experience a one-of-a-kind dinner from Chef Michelel Weaver, while sipping on Robert Sinskey’s wines. Plus, the legendary vintner will be in attendance.
The dinner menu will include six courses ranging from scallop crudo and poached salmon to palmetto squab and lamb shepherd’s pie. Each dish will be paired with one of the “luxuriously elegant California wines.” Known for his 100% organic and biodynamic certified wine-growing operation, Sinskey’s goal is to produce pure wines of character that pair well with cuisine.
“Sinskey was quietly at the forefront of organic and biodynamic wines,” Charleston Grill’s Sommelier Rick Rubel said. “Only a handful of wine producers do a broad spectrum of styles this well. To be able to create a dining experience with wines that are bright and refreshing with vibrant acidity all the way to decadent cabernet sauvignon is truly remarkable.”
Enjoy this exclusive experience for $250/person, excluding taxes and gratuity, beginning with a 6:30 pm reception followed by dinner at 7 pm in the Vintners Room inside Charleston Grill.
Reservations can be made by calling 843-577-4522.
