Christian Senger, the founder and editor of Holy City Sinner, recently stopped by Freehouse Brewery to chat with the team about “More the Merroir,” the brewery’s new Lowcountry Oyster Stout.
The 6% AVL beer is brewed with oysters from seven Lowcountry shell-fishers – Charleston Oyster Farm, Barrier Island Oysters, Livingston’s Bulls Bay Seafood, Clammer Dave Seafood, Toogoodoo Oyster Farm, Lowcountry Oyster Co., and Ladies Island Oyster Company.
