On Friday, December 6th, at 7 pm, Edmund’s Oast will host a wine dinner inspired by Cruse Wine Co. and featuring its founder/winemaker Michael Cruse and his local distributor McCarus Beverage Company. The dinner will feature a thorough lineup of Cruse’s wines: Petillant Naturel, Chardonnay, Monkey Jacket (red blend), Carignan, and Tannat.
Chef Bob Cook and Pastry Chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course “family style” dinner to compliment the wines. The dinner will be held in “The Library,” the private dining room at Edmund’s Oast. Tickets are $130 and can be purchased here. Seating is extremely limited.
