Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum Begins Sale of 4th of July Fireworks Blast Tickets
Tickets for the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Blast at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum are now on sale and are expected to sell quickly. A limited number of tickets are available through online purchase only at www.patriotspoint.org.
Guests wishing to board the USS Yorktown for the Independence Day celebration have two ticketing options:
- For $125, guests will be given VIP treatment including complimentary drinks from two full-service bars, a complimentary barbecue meal served by Special Ops Events’ TOP SHELF Catering, and seating in a special area of the ship closest to the fireworks display
- The second option is a general admission flight deck ticket priced at $50. It includes access aboard the USS Yorktown and live music. All of the favorite summer-time food and beverages will be available for purchase. Guests with general admission tickets are encouraged to bring their own folding chairs.
Access to the flight deck for all ticket holders will open at 6 pm. To ensure the security of guests, all bags will be checked when tickets are scanned. Coolers, food items and wagons will not be permitted on the ship.
In addition to ticketing options for the flight deck, Patriots Point will also provide live music and entertainment starting at 4 pm for those who prefer to watch the fireworks show for free onshore. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and jump castles, face painting, and other activities will be available for children.
Parking will cost $10 per vehicle for all guests including those who purchase flight deck tickets. Normal museum tour routes will close at 5 pm on the day of the Fireworks Blast. The last ticket will be sold at 3:30 pm.
Those without internet access may call 843-881-5960 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm to purchase tickets.
