The four course menu will include:
- Gin and Citrus Cured Salmon – whipped cream cheese, capers, and pickled onions, atop toasted bagels
- Vertical Roots Butter Lettuce Salad
- Diner’s choice of – two Quiches or Herb Roasted New Potatoes
- Malted Brioche French Toast
The menu will be served alongside their regular bar and wine list, as well as a special Mimosa for $7, a Peach Bourbon Blackberry Smash for $12, and a special Bubbles Flight of three select bottles for $25.
