Ms. Rose’s Fine Food & Cocktails Releases New Menu with Fall Favorites



Ms. Rose’s Fine Food & Cocktails recently announced a new lineup of menus featuring seasonal twists on southern classics. Created by Executive Chef Matt Paul and team, guests can expect to additions to the lunch, dinner, and brunch menus, as well as seasonal pies and cakes available for purchase.

Lunch menu highlights include the Pecan Crusted Salmon and the Duck Breast Pita served with pecan maple aioli, manchego cheese, overnight tomato, and arugula. Guests can also expect to find returning favorites like the Rose’s Fried Chicken served with a Tabasco honey sauce and mac-n-cheese. Dinner highlights include Seared Pesto Scallops served with basil pesto, roasted sweet potato stone grits, hickory smoked brussels, and manchego fondue.

The brunch menu will welcome back the popular Apple Caramel French Toast, served with North Carolina apples, caramel bread pudding, sweet cream glaze, stone grits, and apple smoked bacon. For guests looking for something a little more on the savory side, the Roasted Portobello Benedict is a great choice with classic hollandaise, haricot verts & tomato, aged balsamic, and poached eggs served over goat cheese & sweet potato grits with sweet potato fries as an additional side.

Ms. Rose’s will also be rolling out a special menu of seasonal cakes and pies that will be available for purchase and pick-up. Guests can choose from a wide range of holiday classics that will make for the perfect gift or addition to any dinner table. The list of desserts available for pick-up includes:

  • Cakes: Blackout Cake, Pumpkin Spice Cake with Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting, Honey Apple Bundt Cake, Cranberry – Orange Loaf, Chocolate Malt Cake
  • Pies: Pumpkin Pie, Apple and Cheddar Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Cranberry – Orange Pie, German Chocolate, Pecan
