The Historic Rice Mill recently announced the Wellness Wednesday series, which will take place the first Wednesday of every month at the venue. The events will include an hour long yoga class led by local certified yoga teacher, Sarah J.
Check-in will start at 5:30 pm and yoga will be from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm. The yoga class will be followed with healthy snacks from Good Food Catering and attendees will also be able to purchase happy hour drink specials from the bar.
“We are excited to launch Wellness Wednesday at the Historic Rice Mill,” lead sales manager Jenna Tito said. “We hope this event will encourage the community to come out and do yoga with us as we make new friends, relax, enjoy the sunset over the marina, and get fit together!
Tickets are now available for $10 per class and all ages and skill levels are welcome for these dates:
- November 7th, 2018
- December 5th, 2018
- January 2nd, 2019
Additional 2019 dates are expected to be announced soon.
Historic Rice Mill encourages anyone interested to purchase their tickets in advance. Space will be available on a first come, first serve basis at the door depending on class availability.
The Historic Rice Mill is located at 17 Lockwood Drive.
