Zero Restaurant + Bar Hosting Guest Chef Cooking Class on 10/28

Zero Restaurant + Bar is hosting a special guest chef cooking class on Sunday, October 28th at 11 am. Chef Laurie Erickson will lead the class inside the venue’s professional demo kitchen.

The Cooking Class includes a 3-course meal (menu below) with wine pairings. Chef Erickson is a private chef based in Charleston, with years of experience in some of the nation’s top kitchens, including those at the renowned Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa and The Cloisters at Sea Island in Georgia.

Seats are limited to just 9 attendees for an intimate and engaging class, so book your reservation early! The class costs $150 per person (not including tax and gratuity), and tickets are available on Tock.

Menu

First Course

Sesame Meringue Shrimp – Satsuma vinaigrette, cucumber, avocado stack, cilantro oil, micro beets

Second Course

Zucchini Wrapped Fish – Romesco, forbidden rice puffs, root vegetable succotash, parsnip chip

Third Course

Autumn Fruit Consommé – Fresh coconut milk custard, hibiscus, caramel pansy kataifi
