The event will take place from 9 am until 3 pm. Tickets are $7 and each attendee will receive a $5 voucher to spend with any vendor they choose.
For tickets to the Health & Wellness EXPO, click here, or call Raine Mertz at 843-670-0702 or Ragina Saunders at 843-478-4462.
Proceeds from the event support the Pay-What-You-Can! Program at the Destiny Community Café. The restaurant is a non-profit and member of the “One World Everybody Eats Foundation” (OWEE). It’s the only OWEE pay-what-you-can cafe in South Carolina. Its patrons set the price for their (mostly) local and organic soul food cuisine. For those whose pockets are empty, they can exchange an hour of volunteer work at Destiny.
The cafe is open Monday-Friday from noon to 3 pm. For more information on Destiny Community Café, visit their website.
