On Thursday, October 4th, at 7 pm, Edmund’s Oast will host a wine dinner featuring single vineyard, northern California wines from Ceritas.
Highlights of the dinner include Peter Martin Ray & Porter Bass Chardonnays, Hellenthal & Elliot Pinot Noirs, and Peter Martin Ray Cabernet Sauvignon as a finale. Local distributor David McCarus will provide insight into each wine as the dinner progresses.
Chef Bob Cook and pastry chef Heather Hutton will prepare a four course dinner to compliment the wines. The dinner will be held in The Library, the new private dining room at Edmund’s Oast.
Tickets are $99 and all inclusive. Seating is extremely limited.
