On Saturday, June 23rd from 3 pm to 6 pm, Rusty Bull Brewing Co. will host their inaugural Beer Mile event at the North Charleston Coliseum to raise money and awareness for Friends of North Charleston and The Miracle League.
What’s a beer mile? It’s an event where participants run a quarter of a mile, drink a beer, and repeat until completing one mile. Several awards will be given out to the top finishers. Following the race, runners are invited back to the brewery for an after party.

ABOUT NORTH CHARLESTON MIRACLE LEAGUE:
The City of North Charleston plans to construct its largest playground yet — one that every child will be able to enjoy, no matter their physical, emotional or mental abilities. The Miracle League Baseball Field and 24,000 square-foot Inclusive Playground are specifically designed for ALL children to play. Once complete, it will be the city’s largest playground, and the only of its kind in the entire tri-county area.
