Chubby Fish, the highly-anticipated seafood concept from chef/partner James London and restaurateur Geoff Shyatt is giving Charleston diners another opportunity to sample their food prior to opening.
On Monday, May 14th, the pair will visit The Daily at 652 King Street from 6 pm to 11 pm to offer selections from the restaurant. The full menus are still pending, but the duo is promising spring-inspired tastes including King Mackerel Green Curry, Clam Toast, and Grilled Lamb Ribs. Wine and beer will also be available for purchase.
This event comes in advance of Chubby Fish’s planned opening to take place this month at 252 Coming Street. The restaurant will offer fresh, sustainable seafood by partnering with local fishermen and showcasing daily catches.
