Freshfields Village is excited to announce the opening of an updated and significantly larger Southern Tide Signature Store on Kiawah Island. This new store opened March 1st, with a Grand Opening scheduled for the weekend of March 29th – April 1st. Located in the heart of the village, at the intersection of Freshfields Drive and Harvester Lane, the new store is 2,600 sq. ft., more than twice the size of the existing Southern Tide Signature Store in Freshfields Village.
Southern Tide Kiawah is owned and operated by Island Sport, LLC, which also operates SeaCoast Sports and Outfitters, Coastal Footwear, FortyEight – A Wine Bar, and Kiawah Spirits, all of which are located directly on the Village Green in Freshfields Village.
Loren and Amy Beadle, owners of Island Sport, are “proud to be part of this major expansion, and look forward to many successful years of a partnership with Southern Tide in Kiawah Island, SC; Greenville, SC; and Naperville, IL.”
Southern Tide’s style and aesthetic bring a new kind of lifestyle to light. Whether you’re on the beach or meeting friends for a craft cocktail, Southern Tide is sure to keep you looking great no matter the setting. With bright colors and vivid patterns, Southern Tide is the go-to brand for every occasion. Men will look sophisticated and well-dressed in the Harbor Pant and Skipjack Polo, while ladies will look elegant and classic in the Chelsea Scallop Dress carrying the Macramé Tote. Each season brings with it new styles, all of which you’re sure to find with Southern Tide.
“We are extremely excited to see the continued growth of Southern Tide on Kiawah Island and beyond,” said Southern Tide CEO, Christopher Heyn. “This store’s expansion is further testament to Island Sport’s commitment to excellence and their continued support of the Southern Tide brand. We are looking forward to the future of our relationship with the Beadles and everything it has in store.”
