Sorghum & Salt Rolling Out New Chef’s Tasting Menu

Beginning on Tuesday, November 7th, downtown restaurant Sorghum & Salt will offer a chef’s tasting menu featuring seven courses and optional wine pairings. 

“We’re looking forward to offering an additional experience for our customers,” owner and executive chef Tres Jackson said. “And, with a constantly changing menu, we always have new things to speak about and showcase.”

While seated at one of the six counter seats overlooking the kitchen, guests can watch chefs as they prepare each course.

The tasting menu is $$75 per person and an optional wine pairing can be added for $50 per person. Two seatings are available daily at 6:15 pm and 8:30 pm by reservation only.
