The Garden Club of Charleston will host its 83rd annual House and Garden Tour from March 22-24, 2018 throughout the Holy City.
Each year, this event draws about 1,000 visitors into some of Charleston’s most beautiful and historic properties. Proceeds help The Garden Club of Charleston continue its support of many gardens; the Charleston Museum, Confederate Home, Gateway Walk, Heyward-Washington House, Joseph Manigault House, Legare-Waring House at Charlestowne Landing, MUSC Healing Garden, and the Philip Simmons Garden; and its civic and outreach projects.
An addition to this year’s event will be a preview party on Thursday evening (3/22/18). The party will be held at the historic Hibernian Hall from 4 pm to 7 pm and will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and a sneak peak of the historic properties on tour.
