Tristan Catering + Events Releases New Menu Under Executive Chef Amanee Neirouz



Tristan Catering + Events recently released their new menus, the first under new executive chef Amanee Neirouz. The new options pay tribute to Tristan’s southern roots while reflecting Chef Neirouz’s Egyptian background.

Here’s a breakdown of the new menus (with examples):

  • Hot and cold hors d’oeuvres in meat, vegetarian, seafood
  • Food displays
    • International & Domestic Artisanal Cheese
    • The Mezze – harissa roasted vegetables, whipped feta, baba ganoush, tzatziki, Mediterranean olives, tabbouleh, roasted garlic hummus, grilled pita
    • Abundant Seafood – local clams, stone crab claws, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, ceviche, red clay hot sauce, cocktail sauce, lemongrass mignonette
  • Late night bites
    • Bagel Bites
    • Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll
    • Short stack – three silver dollar pancakes, breakfast sausage, maple syrup
    • Cookies and Milk Shooter – chocolate chip cookies, regular and chocolate milk
    • Banana Pudding – nilla wafer, whipped cream
    • Maple Bacon Doughnut Kabob
  • Stations and food bars
    • Composed food bars – Taco station, southern biscuit station, slider station, macaroni and cheese bar, gumbo station

      • Tomato Braised Short Rib – parmesan polenta, mushroom ragu
      • Barbecued Duck Confit – sweet potato pone, kale and brussels slaw

  • Chef attended stations – Carving station with assortment of sides (choose one per carving item), Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits, Whole Hog, Raw Bar, Lowcountry Boil, Oyster Roast
