A new food truck is ready to take to the Holy City streets. The latest addition to Charleston’s ever-growing fleet is Chef Justin Moore’s MOMO gastrotruck and catering. Expect to see the truck out in the wild beginning on May 1st.
His gastrotruck and catering menus will feature regional and local vegetables, seafood, and game. In addition, patrons can order up a nitrogen milkshake. You can see the entire menu by clicking here.
A native of Columbia, S.C., Moore has worked previously as the executive chef for Atlanta’s Peachtree Club, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Georgia World Congress Center, the Atlanta Braves 755 Club, and former Charleston restaurant Carolina’s.
