The Neighborhood Dining Group and Chef Sean Brock today announced that Chef Orlando Pagán has been brought on as the new chef de cuisine at McCrady's Tavern.
Pagán was most recently the executive chef at Michelin-starred restaurant The Village Pub in San Fransisco. The Puerto Rican native earned his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales, North Miami, FL.
