Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary champagne and purcahse items from an a la carte menu provided by Edmund’s Oast executive chef Reid Henninger. The menu is as follows:
- Caesar salad with lobster and cured tomato
- Duo of tortellini, short rib, and potato with mirepoix & crème fraiche
- Grapefruit curd tart with rosemary whipped cream
