On Thursday, November 17th, upper King Street restaurant 492 will host Master Distiller Germán González of T1 Tequila and Tears of Llorona for a special Mexican-inspired dinner with beverage pairings.
Here’s a look at the menu:
- First Course
- Ceviche: Sour Orange, Coconut, Pumpkin, Avocado
- Second Course
- Tamal: Lamb Barbacoa, Passilla, Benne
- Third Course
- Posole Verde: Green Tomato, Hominy, Clams, Cotija
- Choco Taco: Mexican Chocolate, Mole Ice Cream
