The events will all feature four courses and dessert, each with a paired wine. The menu will be created by Cannon Green’s Chef Amalia Scatena and Justin Edgar, the beverage director.
The first dinner in the series is scheduled for Saturday, August 13th and features a “Summer of Reisling” theme. Each German-inspired dish in the menu will be paired with one of Edgar’s favorite German reislings.
