For the remainder of the election season, Edmund’s Oast will celebrate and encourage the consumption of Champagne with their “Vote Champagne” Campaign. During the promotion, the downtown hotspot will offer special pricing and host events focused on the sparkling wine.
The celebration begins on Tuesday, June 7th at 5 pm with a special tasting event in The Bower featuring a variety of champagnes for attendees to taste for free (while supplies last). Select glasses and bottles of the showcased beverages will be available for purchase at special prices. Plus, 167 Raw will be on-site with a special raw bar menu.
Throughout the summer and fall, guests will be able to order off a special champagne menu and vote for their favorites. There will also be special dinners and events throughout the time frame to put more emphasis on drinking champagne.
“We wanted to do something to bring attention to Champagne,” Scott Shor, owner of Edmund’s Oast, said. “So few people buy it unless it is a celebratory drink or as an aperitif.”
