On Wednesday, January 27th, Edmund’s Oast will host a special collaboration dinner with pitmaster John Lewis. The event will begin at 5:30 pm and reservations are highly recommended.
Executive Chef Reid Henninger and Lewis will create a menu that is influenced by central Texas barbecue, Tex-Mex cuisine, and Gulf Coast favorites. Plus, diners can expect to see large cuts of prime smoked beef. The restaurant’s normal beverage menu, along with a few additions, will be available.
Lewis is expected to open Lewis Barbecue this spring near in the North Morrison section of Charleston.
