On Wednesday, February 10th, The Glass Onion will host legendary Southern chef Bill Smith for a dinner featuring dishes from his new book, Crabs and Oysters: A Savor the South Cookbook.
Chef Smith, who heads Crook’s Corner in Chapel Hill, will collaborate with Glass Onion’s Chef Chris Stewart on a four course dinner. Attendees can expect a seafood heavy menu featuring crab, oysters, shrimp, and more.
The dinner is $70 per person (or $125 per couple) and includes one copy of the book. There will also be an optional wine pairing for $25 per person. Diners can also order off the normal drink menu.
